This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys a hands-on role, wants broader exposure, and is interested in working closely with senior finance leadership.\nThe Senior Accountant will support a variety of accounting and reporting activities, including month-end close, financial reporting, general ledger accounting, billing, reconciliations, audit support, and process improvements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPrepare monthly journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and closing entries\nAssist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting\nMaintain and review general ledger accounts for accuracy and completeness\nSupport client billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and related calculations\nReview accounts payable activity and support payment processing\nPrepare bank and balance sheet reconciliations\nAssist with annual audit and tax requests\nPerform financial analysis and ad hoc reporting\nResearch accounting matters as needed\nDocument and improve accounting procedures, reports, and internal processes\nPartner with the Controller and other members of the finance team on ongoing initiatives\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field\nApproximately 5+ years of progressive accounting experience\nStrong understanding of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles\nExperience with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting\nStrong Excel and analytical skills\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nProactive, curious, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment\nPreferred Experience:\nPublic accounting/audit experience or a combination of public and corporate accounting\nCPA or progress toward CPA designation\nExperience with NetSuite or another large ERP\nFinancial services or other complex corporate accounting experience\nExperience improving accounting processes, reporting, or
