staff to achieve their best professionally and guides them through creative problem solving.\nAssisting in preparation of monthly MIS reports\nManage all functions within the facility.\nIncrease the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function (HR IT Finance) as well as coordination and communication between functions.\nDrive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.\nProviding consulting services on matters related to business development insurance questions and business structure and growth.\nEnsuring that the work of the department is effectively coordinated with other departments/sections in a timely manner and is aligned to the overall facility goals\nEngages in health promotion activities in the healthcare organization and community.\nProvides a suitable environment that supports patient and family learning.\nFacilitates and promotes education and effective communication between the patient family interdepartmental and the interdisciplinary healthcare team as required.\nSupport quality education orientation program and participates in career development.\nResponsible for compliance and department of health (DOH) and Insurance regulations.\nAccountabilities:\nDeliver on operational budget and cost-saving targets.\nMaximize resource utilization and scheduling efficiency.\nIncrease revenue through reduction in cancellations and improved patient throughput.\nManage vendor and service contracts.\nSupport timely and accurate financial reporting.\nAchieve 100% regulatory and accreditation compliance.\nMaintain >90% patient satisfaction.\nEnsure operational readiness for audits and inspections.\nImprove staff retention and engagement.\nStandardize processes through SOP implementation across all departments.\n\nQualifications: \nBachelors degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration Public Relations or relevant field\n\nAdditional Information: \nExperience:\n5 to 10 years of management experience with a healthcare facility and proven experience in operations management\nSkills & Abilities:\nStrong leadership and team management skills\nExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills\nRisk management and problem-solving
