We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services.\n Key Responsibilities:\nConstruction Management & Execution\nLead and manage all site construction activities including Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom, and Commissioning support works.\nDevelop and implement construction execution strategies, work packs, resource plans, and construction schedules.\nEnsure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved IFC drawings, method statements, risk assessments, and ADNOC specifications.\nMonitor construction progress and implement recovery plans to mitigate delays.\nManage brownfield modifications, shutdown works, tie-ins, hot work activities, and live plant interfaces.\nCoordinate onshore construction campaigns ensuring minimal impact to operations.\nHSE Leadership\nPromote and enforce a strong safety culture across all project activities.\nEnsure compliance with ADNOC HSE Management System, PTW requirements, SIMOPS procedures, and Life Saving Rules.\nLead site safety reviews, toolbox talks, risk assessments, HAZID workshops, and incident investigations.\nEnsure implementation of approved HSE plans, emergency response procedures, and environmental controls.\nAchieve project goals of zero Lost Time Incidents (LTI) and zero environmental incidents.\nProject Planning & Control\nReview project schedules and establish construction milestones.\nCoordinate with Project Controls for progress measurement, productivity monitoring, and forecasting.\nEvaluate manpower, equipment, and material requirements to ensure timely project execution.\nParticipate in weekly and monthly progress review meetings with Client and EPCM teams.\nProvide construction inputs for project reporting, S-curves, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.\nStakeholder & Client Management\nAct as the primary construction focal point for ADNOC, EPCM contractors, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.\nAttend Constructability Reviews, PHSER, SIMOPS workshops, and project coordination meetings.\nResolve site issues, technical queries, and interface challenges with all stakeholders.\nMaintain strong client relationships and ensure prompt closure of construction-related concerns.\nQuality Management\nEnsure compliance with approved ITPs, quality procedures, and project specifications.\nMonitor inspection and testing activities in coordination with QA/QC teams.\nEnsure timely closure of NCRs, punch items, and quality observations.\nSupport mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.\nResource & Contract Management\nManage multidisciplinary construction teams, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors.\nOptimize utilization of manpower, equipment, and construction resources.\nReview subcontractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.\nSupport commercial teams regarding variation orders, claims, and change management.\nTechnical Competencies\nADNOC Codes of Practice, Standards, and Specifications.\nEPC/EPCM project execution methodologies.\nBrownfield and Greenfield project management.\nShutdown and Turnaround Management.\nSIMOPS, PHSER, Constructability Review, and HAZID processes.\nPermit to Work (PTW) Systems.\nMechanical Completion and Commissioning Management.\nConstruction Planning and Resource Management.\nContract Administration and Change Management.\nRisk Assessment and Mitigation Planning.\nLeadership Responsibilities\nLead teams of Construction Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Discipline Leads.\nMentor and develop construction personnel.\nEstablish project objectives, performance targets, and accountability measures.\nDrive productivity improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.\n Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.\nMinimum 15 years of Oil & Gas construction experience.\nMinimum 10 years in ADNOC projects with proven experience in onshore projects.\nStrong experience in live plant brownfield modifications, shutdown execution, and EPC/EPCM project delivery.\nADNOC-approved PTW Holder and Supervisor certifications preferred.\nRelevant HSE certifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent preferred.\n Strong willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic project environment.\nAttention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.\nEffective communication skills and a team-oriented approach.\nAbility to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.\nWillingness to work on-site at various ADNOC project locations in Abu Dhabi.\nFlexibility to work in shifts and extended hours as project demands
