Logistics Executive - UAE National

Spectrum Industries is operational since 2004 in Dubai Investment Park and is specialized in the production of Coil, Extrusion and Can coatings. Spectrum Industries is currently servicing customers in countries like UAE, KSA, Jordan, Egypt, Turkey, Morocco, Pakistan, India, Germany & Africa.

The Logistics Executive will have to manage the logistics and transportation aspects of a laundry facility, ensuring that laundry services are delivered efficiently, on time, and with the highest quality standards while adhering to safety and compliance requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and optimize daily delivery routes to ensure on-time and efficient service to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, vehicle maintenance, and inventory levels.
• Plan, implement, and monitor work schedules and assignments to ensure efficient operation.
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding logistics services.
• Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and registered.
• Monitor and track delivery schedules, making necessary adjustments to accommodate changes.
• Generate reports on logistics performance.
• Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle documentation, including Salik, vehicle registration (Mulkiya), insurance, and permits.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of UAE traffic regulations
• Good communication skills
