and gas projects.\nReview and screen material requisitions, specifications, datasheets, drawings, and BOQs to identify procurement requirements.\nConvert to PDF\n\nPrepare and issue RFQs to approved suppliers in accordance with project requirements.\nSource E&I equipment and materials, including switchgear, transformers, cables, instruments, control valves, junction boxes, and control systems.\nEvaluate supplier quotations and coordinate technical bid evaluations with the engineering team.\nPrepare commercial bid comparisons and negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and warranties.\nEnsure materials and suppliers comply with project specifications and client-approved vendor lists.\nPrepare purchase orders in the ERP system and obtain approvals in accordance with company procedures.\nFollow up with suppliers on documentation, manufacturing progress, inspections, and delivery commitments.\nCoordinate with QA/QC for material inspections, certificates, and release documentation.\nCoordinate with logistics, stores, and site teams to verify material receipts, arrange physical inspections, and resolve shortages, damage, or discrepancies.\nCoordinate with stores to ensure proper stacking and storage and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels for critical and fast-moving items.\nMonitor procurement costs against project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.\nMaintain accurate procurement registers, purchase order records, delivery reports, and supporting documentation in compliance with company procedures.\nResolve supplier claims, purchase order discrepancies, and invoice issues with relevant departments.\nIdentify procurement risks and delays and coordinate corrective actions to support project schedules.\nLogistics and Supply Chain Management:\nDesigning efficient logistics management systems to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and shipments.\n\nPreparing MIS reports on inward and outward logistics and updating top management on inventory activities.\n\nAssisting in the preparation of cost estimates and proposals for logistics solutions.\n\nDeveloping long-term partnerships with suppliers and monitoring day-to-day supplier performance.\n\nEnsuring suppliers meet service, cost, delivery, and quality standards.\n\nCoordinating with suppliers for new product development and implementation.\n\nNegotiating shipment terms and coordinating with freight forwarders for shipment tracking and customs clearance.\n\nManaging duty exemptions and preparing documentation for FTA (Free Trade Agreement) submissions.\n\n Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering (mandatory).\n\nMinimum 5-10 years of experience in procurement within Oil & Gas / EPC environment.\n\nPrior experience in ADNOC, Aramco, or other major Oil & Gas projects preferred.\n\nKnowledge of local and international supplier networks.\n\n Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\n\nGood understanding of Incoterms, logistics, and import/export procedures.\n\nStrong ethics, attention to detail, and commitment to
