Analyze current risks and identify potential risks that are affecting the company\nLead and manage day-to-day project activities from initiation through deployment and transition to operation\nTo ensure that the Quality Management System is implemented and maintained to evaluate where continual improvement can be made.\nMaintain proper documentation of the project and keep them in a safe location\nBy the end of the project update a lessons learned document with all lessons learned from the project in order to be avoided in the future projects.\nManage stakeholder throughout the project\nEffectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholder in a timely and clear fashion.\nMaintain review meetings with all stakeholders to assure proper communication.\nAssure customers expectations are met through proper communication.\nMaintain customers satisfaction through proper customer relations management.\nManage Projects Resources\nDetermine and assess need for additional staff/ and or consultants and make the appropriate recruitment if necessary during project cycle.\nDelegate task and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.\nIdentify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.\nCoach mentor motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.\n\nQualifications: \n15 years IT Experience including 8 years demonstrated experience in successful delivery of medium to large scale projects in a Project Manager role;
