We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services.\n Implement the project Quality Plan and ensure E&I activities follow approved procedures, ITPs, and method statements.\nPrepare, review, and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality procedures for E&I works.\nReview drawings, specifications, datasheets, and vendor documents to confirm technical and quality requirements.\nInspect incoming materials and equipment (cables, glands, cable trays, junction boxes, instruments, switchgear, transformers, MCCs, UPS) and verify against purchase orders, MTCs, and certificates.\nInspect and witness installation of electrical systems, including MV/LV cable laying, pulling, jointing, termination, cable tray and conduit, earthing and lightning protection, lighting, and power distribution equipment.\nInspect and witness instrumentation installation, including instrument hook-ups, impulse lines, tubing, junction boxes, cable routing, and tray and support installation.\nVerify installation of equipment in hazardous areas, including Ex certification, gland selection, and compliance with IECEx/ATEX requirements and area classification drawings.\nWitness and review testing and pre-commissioning, including insulation resistance, megger tests, VLF/hipot testing, continuity, earth resistance, relay and protection tests, instrument calibration, and loop checks.\nReview and approve calibration records and confirm test equipment calibration status.\nRaise, track, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective and Preventive Actions, and punch list items.\nCoordinate with clients, consultants, third-party inspectors, and subcontractors on inspection requests, hold points, and witness points.\nConduct internal audits, surveillance inspections, and subcontractor quality evaluations.\nMaintain quality records and compile final documentation packs, including as-built drawings, test records, certificates, and Manufacturer Data Reports (MDRs).\nPrepare quality reports, KPIs, and progress updates for project management.\nSupport system completion, mechanical completion certification, and handover to commissioning and operations.\nGuide and mentor QA/QC inspectors.\n Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering.\nMinimum 8 years of experience in QA/QC for electrical and instrumentation work in oil and gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects.\nProven experience developing and implementing ITPs and quality procedures for E&I construction.\nGood knowledge of IEC, IEEE, NEC, API, and ISA standards, and client specifications such as ADNOC or equivalent.\nKnowledge of hazardous area equipment standards (IEC 60079, IECEx/ATEX).\nExperience with cable testing, loop checking, calibration, and pre-commissioning activities.\nAbility to read and interpret SLDs, cable schedules, loop diagrams, instrument datasheets, and hook-up drawings.\n Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.\nAbility to work with tough deadlines and under pressure.\nAbility to work in ADNOC project sites.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\nAttention to detail and a methodical approach to inspection and documentation.\nCommitment to quality, safety, and timely
