effective resource coordination, and a seamless customer experience.\n\nMaintain reliable and up-to-date customer, pricing, and sales information through systematic record management and regular data updates, enabling informed decision-making and effective sales operations.\n\nSupport responsive customer service by proactively monitoring inquiries, quotations, pending orders, and delivery commitments, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.\n\nStrengthen sales planning and performance visibility by consolidating relevant data into reports, forecasts, presentations, and management summaries that support decision-making and progress towards sales objectives.\n\nFacilitate the timely and accurate submission of product samples, tenders, and contract documentation by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and adhering to internal procedures, customer requirements, and applicable commercial standards.\n\nContribute to the effectiveness of the Sales function by supporting departmental priorities and continuous operational needs, ensuring coordination, process consistency, and alignment with overall business objectives.\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field from a recognized University.\nSales/Marketing certificate would be an added
