We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services.\n Lead and review instrumentation detail design deliverables, including instrument index, datasheets, loop diagrams, hook-ups, cable schedules, JB schedules, I/O lists, and cause & effect matrices.\nDevelop and review P&IDs, control philosophies, and instrumentation design basis for offshore facilities.\nEnsure design compliance with client specifications, international standards (IEC, ISA, API, ISO), and hazardous area requirements.\nReview and approve instrument sizing and selection for flow, level, pressure, temperature, analyzers, control valves, PSVs, and F&G devices.\nReview vendor documents and package instrumentation for compliance and integration.\nSupport SIL studies (HAZOP, LOPA, SIL verification) and implement outcomes in design.\nSpecify and review control and safety systems (DCS, ESD, F&G, PCS/SIS) and their interfaces with packages and third-party systems.\nPrepare technical requisitions, bid evaluations, and technical clarifications.\nAttend vendor kick-off meetings, inspections, FAT, and expedite as required.\nManage vendor data reviews and close out technical queries.\nProvide site engineering support during construction, installation, and hook-up, including resolving RFIs, NCRs, and field changes.\nVerify installation quality against approved drawings, specifications, and hazardous area requirements.\nLead loop checks, calibration, pre-commissioning, and commissioning support, including SAT and punch list closure.\nCoordinate with construction, commissioning, and QA/QC teams to keep the schedule and quality on track.\nSupport offshore hook-up and commissioning campaigns and mobilization where required.\nPlan, monitor, and report discipline progress, man-hours, and budget.\nInterface with process, electrical, telecom, mechanical, piping, and structural disciplines.\nManage client comments, technical queries, and change management, including variation orders.\nMentor and guide junior engineers and designers and review their deliverables.\nEnsure HSE, quality, and document control requirements are met.\n Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Control Engineering (or equivalent).\nMinimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas, with substantial experience in offshore EPC projects.\nProven experience in detail engineering of instrumentation and control systems.\nHands-on site experience covering construction support, loop checking, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.\nStrong knowledge of DCS, ESD, and F&G systems, hazardous area classification, and SIL concepts.\nExperience with engineering software such as SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI/INtools), AutoCAD, or equivalent.\nExcellent communication skills and the
