The role involves close coordination with banks ensuring compliance with internal policies and supporting the groups financial operations across the GCC and other international markets.\nTrade Finance Operations:Prepare and submit applications for Letters of Credit (LC) Bank Guarantees (BG) and Trade receipts.\nCoordinate with banks for the issuance amendments extensions and cancellations of trade finance instruments.\nVerify trade finance documents received from banks to ensure accuracy and compliance.\n\nDocumentation and Compliance:Collect and review supporting documentation from business units such as purchase orders (POs) and customer contracts.\nEnsure all trade finance activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.\n\nBank Coordination:Act as the primary liaison with banks for trade finance-related queries and transactions.\nMaintain strong relationships with banking partners to optimize service levels and costs.\nCoordinate with bank to ensure new access to banks accounts are reflected and functioning properly\n\nReporting and Analysis:Prepare regular reports on trade finance activities including status updates on LCs BGs and other instruments.\nAnalyze trade finance data to identify trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.\n\nProcess Improvement:Develop and implement efficient processes for trade finance and banking operations to enhance accuracy and reduce turnaround times.\nStay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and operational excellence.\n\nQualifications: \nBachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics or Business Administration.\n2-4 years of experience in trade finance treasury or a related role preferably in a multinational or GCC-based organization\nProficiency in trade finance operations including LCs BGs and related documentation.\nStrong knowledge of banking processes and financial regulations in ME market\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external banking partners.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.\nAbility to manage
