added advantage\n\nLead full-cycle offshore construction execution for Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with EPC contracts, ADNOC specifications, and project KPIs.\n\nAct as the senior-most authority offshore for coordinating all construction activities, supervising engineers, supervisors, technicians, riggers, fitters, welders, electricians, and instrumentation teams.\n\nPlan, coordinate, and execute heavy lifting operations for compressors, dryers, receivers, pressure vessels, pipe spools, transformers, MCC/SWGR panels, and skid packages on offshore platforms.\n\nReview and approve detailed lifting studies, rigging plans, crane load charts, deck loading checks, and engineered lifting procedures.\n\nCoordinate marine spread operations including crane barges, jack-ups, AHT/Supply vessels for safe equipment positioning.\n\nMaintain full compliance with ADNOC lifting guidelines, LOLER, API RP 2D, and project HSE standards.\n\nProvide technical leadership for mechanical installation: equipment alignment, torquing, rotating equipment mounting, skid placement, structural supports, valves, and tie-ins.\n\nOversee piping fabrication, offshore spool fit-up, welding, NDT, hydrotesting, reinstatement, and system handover.\n\nResolve field-level mechanical/piping clashes, constructability issues, or routing constraints through engineering coordination.\n\nCoordinate electrical installation activities including cable pulling, termination, tray installation, SWGR/MCC placement, earthing, and electrical testing.\n\nLead instrumentation installation: JB mounting, hook-up, loop checking, instrument calibration, and F&G device installation.\n\nEnsure multidisciplinary work sequences (Mech-Piping-E&I) are synchronized to avoid rework or schedule conflicts.\n\nProvide expert constructability inputs during design and model reviews (P&IDs, layouts, mechanical GA, piping isometrics, cable routing, and structural layouts).\n\nIdentify and resolve constructability issues early lifting access, deck loading, routing congestion, tie-in locations, equipment footprint limitations, and SIMOPS constraints.\n\nEnsure engineering deliverables are complete, accurate, and construction-ready before mobilization.\n\nDevelop detailed offshore construction execution plans, priority work fronts, manning plans, heavy lift schedules, and daily/weekly progress strategies.\n\nSupport Planning/PMC/EPC teams in building WBS execution sequences, shutdown logic, SIMOPS integration, and mechanical completion (MC) milestones.\n\nMonitor daily productivity, progress KPIs, and take corrective action to mitigate delays, constraints, or material shortages.\n\nWork closely with commissioning teams to ensure readiness for pre-commissioning and commissioning for Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation packages.\n\nSupport mechanical run tests, piping reinstatement verifications, MCC/SWGR energization, instrument loop checks, and cause-effect validation.\n\nEnsure all systems reach Mechanical Completion, Ready-for-Commissioning (RFC), and Ready-for-Start-Up (RFSU) in accordance with EPC and ADNOC requirements.\n\nInterface with OEMs (compressors, dryers, MCCs, SWGR, transformers, instrumentation, DCS/ICSS, F&G, valves) for installation, testing, technical issues, and commissioning support.\n\nEnsure OEM-specific installation requirements, tolerances, alignment procedures, and functional test plans are strictly adhered to.\n\nCoordinate FAT/SAT findings, site queries, punch points, and engineering clarifications with vendors.\n\nADNOC PTW, LOTO, confined space, working-at-height certification\n\nEnsure competent, certified construction crews and commissioning personnel are deployed and properly rotated per ADNOC POB requirements.\n\nMaintain strong coordination with logistics, marine operations, and ADNOC site authorities.\n\nOversee discipline-wise QA/QC activities including welding/NDT acceptance, bolt torquing, alignment, flange management, electrical tests, instrument calibration, and reinstatement checks.\n\nEnsure punch lists are logged, categorized, assigned, and closed promptly to avoid delays in MC/RFC.\n\nMaintain full traceability of construction documentation, test packs, redlines, and as-builts.\n\nProvide daily/weekly progress reports, manpower logs, heavy lift records, delay notifications, offshore constraints, and productivity summaries to EPC management.\n\nReview and approve work packs, method statements, lifting plans, ITPs, and construction dossiers.\n\nManage interface registers, change requests, technical deviations, and field change notices.\n\nCoordinate with ADNOC Operations for platform shutdowns, isolation plans, LOTO procedures, live-system interactions, and SIMOPS controls.\n\nMaintain continuous communication with EPC Project Management, Engineering, QC, HSE, Marine, Procurement, and Commissioning teams.\n\nPromote an uncompromising HSE culture and ensure strict compliance with ADNOC Offshore HSE requirements.\n\nLead TRA/JSA workshops, lifting risk assessments, HAZID/HSE reviews, and ensure SIMOPS readiness before mobilization.\n\nConduct daily toolbox talks, safety walks, audits, and enforce immediate corrective actions for unsafe acts or conditions.\n\nEnsure strict adherence to LOTO, hazardous area compliance, dropped-object prevention, hot work isolation, and mechanical/electrical safety protocols.\n\n Minimum 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects\nOffshore construction experience is Mandatory\nProven experience working on ADNOC Offshore brownfield projects\nStrong background in:\n\nOffshore platform
