processes, and distribution through our localized services\n Supervise electrical and instrumentation construction activities at the project site.\nReview approved drawings, specifications, method statements and work packages.\nPlan and allocate daily activities to electricians, instrument technicians and subcontractors.\nSupervise cable tray installation, cable pulling, glanding, termination and testing.\nMonitor the installation of electrical panels, transformers, switchgear, motors, lighting and earthing systems.\nSupervise the installation of field instruments, junction boxes, control panels, impulse tubing and instrument air piping.\nEnsure equipment and materials comply with approved project specifications.\nCoordinate with civil, mechanical, piping, QA/QC and commissioning teams.\nConduct site inspections and ensure work is completed according to approved ITPs.\nSupport instrument calibration, loop checking, functional testing and commissioning.\nMonitor daily progress and ensure activities are completed according to schedule.\nPrepare daily reports, manpower records and material requirements.\nIdentify technical issues and coordinate with engineering teams for resolution.\nEnsure compliance with hazardous-area and explosion-protection requirements.\nConduct toolbox talks and ensure strict compliance with HSE procedures.\nCoordinate inspection requests with QA/QC, the client and consultants.\nMonitor subcontractor performance, productivity and workmanship.\nAssist with punch-list clearance, as-built drawings and project handover.\nEnsure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the site.\n Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics or a related engineering discipline.\nMinimum 8-10 years of experience in E&I construction and commissioning.\nMinimum five years of Oil & Gas project experience.\nUAE or GCC experience is preferred.\nADNOC project experience will be an advantage.\nStrong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation installation standards.\nExperience with DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA, F&G and control systems.\nAbility to read electrical single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, P&IDs and hook-up drawings.\n\n Knowledge of hazardous-area classifications and Ex equipment.\nFamiliarity with PTW, LOTO and Oil & Gas safety requirements.\nStrong supervisory, communication and coordination skills.\nAbility to lead multicultural teams and work under project
