requirements and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability on-site.\n\nIdentify and resolve site-related technical problems in coordination with the relevant departments.\n\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at the construction site.\n\nMaintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, material usage, and daily progress.\n\nCoordinate inspection requests and ensure that completed works are approved by the consultant.\n\nEnsure that all works are executed efficiently while minimizing material waste and rework.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in civil engineering.\n\n5–7 years of proven experience in civil site execution, preferably in real estate development or construction projects.\n\nStrong hands-on experience in reinforced concrete works, including reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pouring.\n\nGood knowledge of finishing works and construction methodologies.\n\nAbility to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.\n\nFamiliarity with construction specifications, quality control procedures, and site safety standards.\n\nProficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.\n\nStrong site supervision, problem-solving, and coordination skills.\n\nExcellent communication and time-management skills.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and meet project
