required.\n\nMonitor material quantities and minimize waste through accurate calculations and optimization.\n\nEnsure all technical deliverables are completed accurately and within project deadlines.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor's degree in civil engineering.\n\nMinimum 7 years of experience in a technical office role within the construction or real estate development industry.\n\nStrong hands-on experience in reinforcement steel detailing and BBS preparation.\n\nExcellent skills in engineering quantity surveying and quantity take-offs.\n\nStrong ability to read and interpret structural drawings and technical specifications.\n\nProficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.\n\nFamiliarity with relevant engineering software and detailing tools is an advantage.\n\nExcellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.\n\nAbility to work independently and meet
