This position is key in ensuringaccurate, compliant, and efficient HR service delivery while supporting managers and employees across the organization.\nYou will playa central rolein executing core HR processes,maintainingHR data integrity, coordinating payroll activities, and helping roll out HR initiatives. You will also act as a reliable point of contact for managers and colleagues byprovidingclear guidance on HR policies, processes, and day-to-day matters.\nThe ideal candidate enjoys working in an international environment,takesownership, and is motivated by improvinghow HRoperates.\nWhat will your day-to-day responsibilities involve?\nExecute end-to-end HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and employee documentation.\n\nEnsure HR administration is accurate, timely, and compliant with local labor legislation.\n\nServe as a key user for HR systems such as Workday, maintaining employee data and supporting reporting needs.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve, streamline, and automate HR processes.\n\nAct as the main point of contact for payroll providers and coordinate monthly payroll inputs including changes, leave, and absences.\n\nWork closely with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.\n\nSupport the implementation of local and regional HR programs and initiatives.\n\nCommunicate policies, procedures, and process updates clearly to managers and employees.\n\nShare knowledge within the HR team and support colleagues when needed.\n\nHelp resolve operational HR issues by investigating root causes and ensuring proper follow-up.\n\nWho are we looking for?\nWe’relooking for a practical, ambitious HR professional who enjoys both operational execution and stakeholder support. You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a changing environment.\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience is also considered.\n\nSolid experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or similar HR support roles.\n\nStrong knowledge of HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, and payroll coordination.\n\nExperience handling employee relations or operational HR cases.\n\nGood understanding of Dutch labor law and HR best practices.\n\nExperience using HRIS systems such as Workday.\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify data issues and improve processes.\n\nExcellent planning skills and strong attention to detail.\n\nStrong English communication skills.\n\nFluent Dutch, with the ability to draft and adjust contracts, letters, and HR documentation accurately and compliantly.\n\nWhatwill bethe benefits if you join us?\nAt Accell, we aim to support our employees both professionally and personally .
