Ghost has offices in Los Angeles and New York.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our Sales team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of strategic supplier partners. You will lead their onboarding, ensure their inventory is accurately merchandised and available on the Ghost platform, and coordinate closely with our Wholesale Sales organization to maximize supplier performance. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong organizational skills, close attention to detail, and a research-driven approach to pricing and inventory decisions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupplier Partnership Management\nManage an assigned portfolio of strategic supplier partners, serving as their primary point of contact\nLead supplier onboarding and inventory integration onto the Ghost platform\nWork directly with suppliers to onboard new supply into the system, ensuring a smooth and timely process\nWholesale Order Management\nSupport wholesale order management, from placement through fulfillment\nResearch and compare pricing across suppliers to ensure competitive, accurate terms\nCoordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and issues\nMerchandising\nMerchandise supplier inventory on the Ghost platform to maximize visibility and sell-through\nMaintain a high level of attention to detail across data entry, listings, and inventory records\nCross-Functional Coordination\nCoordinate with the wholesale team to maximize inventory visibility and supplier performance\nPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Merchandising teams to support supplier success\nIdentify and troubleshoot issues that impact supplier performance or inventory availability\nQualifications:\n2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, wholesale, or a related role\nStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail\nComfortable researching and comparing pricing and data to support sound decision-making\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience liaising with external partners\nProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and comfort working across multiple systems and platforms\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nBachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience\nThis role will be onsite in our los Angeles (mid-city) office. Our total compensation for this position can range from $72,500 - $80,000.
