Join us!\nJob Description:\nThis job is responsible for maximizing value of their product while refining the vision and roadmap for a product, deliver well planned enhancements, and managing risks throughout the lifecycle with the support from Product Manager and/or Senior Product Owner. Key responsibilities include research, documenting requirements, data driven backlog refinement, communicating enhancements, planning, testing, monitoring, tracking issues, and contributing to reporting routines. Job expectations include ownership of process and subject matter expertise to manage products with medium sized agile teams.\nThis role resides within the GFC Data Oversight and Governance Team, which ensures Global Financial Crimes processes are supported by high-quality data used to detect money laundering and potential economic sanctions concerns. The position focuses on validating that data movement meets accuracy, timeliness, and completeness standards. Partner with stakeholders to resolve data issues when gaps are identified. Because GFC monitoring spans all areas of the bank, this role offers broad exposure to multiple products and systems. If you are passionate about data and interested in contributing to the bank’s financial crimes mission, we encourage you to apply.\nKey Responsibilities\nContribute to an effective Data Control program defining business and data capabilities to promote processes aligned to ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness of data used within Financial Crimes Data Modeling.\nDevelop and work with our technology partners to deploy monitoring of key business elements used by GFC applications and processes.\nWrite, test, and deploy standardized data control rules utilizing SQL and various internal monitoring software. \nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in data controls\n3+ years experience in developing and executing SQL queries\nAbility to navigate various data sets\nAbility to data mine and aggregate data findings\nStrong communication skills to interact with multiple business partners, explain and remediate data issues\nDesired Qualifications\nBachelor Degree or equivalent experience\nPrefer candidate must be familiar with data movement standards including accuracy, timeliness, and completeness controls\nFamiliar with Financial Crimes applications and processes including proper management of data privacy considerations\nFamiliarity with Bank Secrecy Act regulations and responsibilities\nAbility to work independently meeting timelines and deliverable\nPreferred Technical Skills:\nRisk Governance & Reporting\nData Analysis, Interpretation & Decisioning\nPlan and execution of data controls\nSpecific software skills:\nStructured Querying Language -
