The ideal candidate brings strong, modern Angular expertise (particularly Angular 17+), combined with solid Java and J2EE development experience, proficiency in AWS cloud services, and a firm command of CI/CD pipelines and software design patterns. \nDuties and Responsibilities \nDesign and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions aligned with business needs, creating flexible and reusable components across the full stack. \nBuild and modernizeuser-facing applications using modern Angular, TypeScript, and component-based front-end architecture. \nLead technical design for complex features and initiatives, authoring clear technical documentation and ensuring adherence to IT control policies. \nDevelop and support backend services and integrations using Java, AWS services, and database technologies. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical dependencies and deliver high-quality products. \nIdentifyroot causes of system challenges, analyzeupstream and downstream impacts, and recommend practical, broad-reaching solutions. \nFollow best practices in development, testing, CI/CD, and Agile workflows, and build strong working relationships to influence technical decisions across teams. \nMaintain a deep understanding of system architecture, integrations, and data flows. \nActively use AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality. \nRequired Qualifications \n5 or more years of experience in software development with a BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience. \n4 or more years of experience developing modern web applications with Angular, including hands-on experience with Angular 17+ or newer. \nStrong proficiencywith TypeScript, component-based UI development, reactive programming patterns, and front-end application architecture. \n3 or more years of experience designing and implementing backend services using Java and J2EE technologies. \nExperience with AWS technologies including EC2, SNS, SQS, S3, SES, ECS, and Lambda. \nProficiencywith databases such as MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and MySQL. \nCurrently using AI tools to enhance software development productivity, andactivelyexpandingthat practice as the tooling evolves. \nFamiliarity in applying design best practices,including performance, scalability, robustness, and resiliency. \nPrior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. \nMust be able to work independently and as part of a team on multiple overlapping projects. \nProven track recordof successfully delivering large, complex, cross-functional projects. \nStrong problem-solving and communication skills. \nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities \nStrong ability to build and maintainmodern Angular applications with attention to usability, performance, maintainability, and componentreuse. \nStrong communicationskills across technical and non-technical audiences, including the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. \nEffective collaboration with product, design, QA, DevOps, and backend engineering partners across varying levels of technical expertise. \nStrong understanding of system-wide impacts and interdependencies across products, teams, and the broader organization. \nAbility to contribute to technical direction, improve engineering practices, and identifyopportunities for thoughtful modernization. \nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a complex product environment. \nPractical problem-solving skills, including the ability to diagnose and resolve issues across front-end, backend, data, and cloud service boundaries. \nEstimated Salary: $102,000 - $136,000\nLI - SR\nGHX: It's the way you do business in healthcare\nGlobal Healthcare Exchange (GHX) enables better patient care and billions in savings for the healthcare community by maximizing automation, efficiency and accuracy of business processes.\nGHX is a healthcare business and data automation company, empowering healthcare organizations to enable better patient care and maximize industry savings using our world class cloud-based supply chain technology exchange platform, solutions, analytics and services.
