this hands-on, individual contributor Technical Product Manager (TPM) role, the candidate will be responsible for driving successful product delivery that aligns with both customer needs and strategic end users to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for engineering\nPrincipal duties and responsibilities:\nAssesses ERP opportunities and customer needs to develop business case and product roadmaps.\nAssists in translating business needs and customer feedback related to ERP integrations into clear product requirements, breaking them down into releases, epics, and user stories.\nWrites scenarios for user personas to describe instances of B2B market problems or situations that illustrate why a product requirement is necessary.\nCollaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure understanding of defined scope, levels of effort and release timing.\nExplore integration options with different ERP and MMIS systems, and work closely with both internal and external ERP business partners to ensure the proposed solution delivers an optimal customer experience between the GHX product and the ERP platform\nWork closely with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality integration delivery through regular checkpoints with development, customers, and business stakeholders.\nIdentify and communicate risks, issues, and problems, proposing mitigation plans to overcome obstacles.\nStay current with industry trends, ERP platform changes, and best practices in integration design and architecture\nSupport business and customer success teams with product expertise and technical guidance.\nEstablish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure integration effectiveness, user adoption, and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.\nMaintain strong collaboration with Technical Product Managers overseeing ERP \nKey Competencies\nIntegrations to ensure knowledge sharing, roadmap alignment, and prioritization for engineering execution.\nCollaborative team player with a strong technical mindset and attention to detail.\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and manage differing viewpoints.\nSkilled in risk assessment, prioritization, and developing mitigation strategies.\nExceptional communication abilities, effectively engaging with internal and external customers\nExperienced in leading meetings, setting agendas, driving decisions, and negotiating.\nExpertise in navigating complex relationships and balancing stakeholder interests to achieve results.\nRequired Experience:\n5+ years of proven profession experience with technical products, preferably with background in B2B integrations. \nExperience communicating technical solutions to both internal and external audiences.\nExperience in ERP integration/ B2B integrations is required\nExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to be self-directed with strong initiative.\nSound technical product management skills, and customer focused mindset\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in related discipline, or a combination of education and related experience.\nHighly adept at working collaboratively across multiple business and technical functions.\nCertifications in relevant product management and Agile development methodologies.\nThe compensation for this role is: $114,000 - $152,000\nThe base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
