Each project has a small team: you, a Project Manager, a Tech Lead, a few developers, plus our QA and Design people. The Project Manager looks after delivery, timescales and commercials, so your focus is the product itself.\nYou'll sit with the client, work out what they actually need rather than what they've asked for, and shape it into work the team can build.
