岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. 负责智能生产，流程系列产品的信息收集，客户调研，竞品分析，并根据调研材料和市场判断，进行产品全方位规划;
2. 结合制造型实验型企业的生产模式以及作业管理方式，提炼细分行业的生产管控业务，完成需求分析以及业务设计，撰写详细产品流程设计文档，产品界面及图形设计文档;
3. 引导产品部完成产品的设计，推动产品的研发进度，对产品全生命周期进行监督管理;
4. 与交付团队协作，向项目组准确传递产品知识，进行产品培训，理解来自项目组实施一线的需求，完善产品设计; 收集用户反馈，分析用户需求，对产品进行持续迭代优化和改进。
任职要求 / Requirements
1. 五年及以上产品经理经验，熟悉生产制造实验室流程管理产品与企业生产流程,有3年以上WMS产品设计经验，有 从0到1产品设计经验优先; 对生信生产流程熟悉者优先考虑
2. 熟练使用 Axure RP、MindManager、Viso 等原型图、脑图、流程图等设计工具
3. 能独立分析和定义产品需求，设计产品功能和交互，输出产品原型;
4. 思维清晰，具备良好的沟通表达能力、文档撰写能力、项目管理能力，责任心，强执行力。
5.对智能制造新领域有极强的探索欲及快速学习能力; 了解智能制造、智慧生产，智能实验室，工业4.0、产品化、流程化等先进理念优先。
