岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、主导技术研发和医疗仪器项目的项目经理，策划和实施项目工作，负责项目的全生命周期管理;
2、开展新产品开发项目规划、可行性调研、立项等过程的管理，制定研发方案，并按照新产品开发控制流程组织新产品的研发以及产品性能优化;推进研发项目，进行过程控制，及时解决实施过程中的各种问题;
3、收集，分析同行业信息，市场信息，提出新产品研发计划;
4、产品注册申报资料相关内容的编写，以及注册申报过程中中试生产SOP、临床验证、体系考核、评审和发补的组织应对; 项目转产过程中的资源配制，转产进度的跟踪。
5、负责项目整体进度管控，协调项目成员及跨部门的技术沟通，全程领导项目的推进和上市。发现和分析团队、业务、项目中的共性问题，进行风险预判和提前管理
任职要求 / Requirements
1. 要求有相关的经验3-5年，有生物学、临床检验、机械，光学，流体学等相关专业优先
2. 具有完整的医疗仪器产品研发到上市经验;
3. 熟悉医疗器械行业发展方向及规律，熟悉产品注册管理办法及相关技术指导原则，熟悉质量体系研发、现场考核各类要求和相关文件;
4. 能够高效执行，具备跨技术学科的沟通协调能力，闭环及推动能力强。
