Working closely with senior leaders and teams across the business, you'll help bring our priorities to life through clear, engaging and meaningful communication.\nPlease note, this position is a fixed-term contract for a period of 12 months to cover maternity leave. While we're advertising early to secure the right person, the successful candidate will not start in post until the beginning of February 2027.\nThis is a hybrid role that can be based in our Bristol or Nelson office.\nWhat you'll be doing\nOwn and deliver our internal communications strategy, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent and aligned to our culture and values.\n\nPartner with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business to plan and deliver impactful communications.\n\nCreate engaging content across a variety of channels, supporting business updates, change initiatives and colleague engagement activities.\n\nLead the delivery of our employee engagement survey and help drive meaningful action from the results.\n\nContinuously improve our communication channels, tools and approaches using feedback, insights and engagement data.\n\nProvide guidance and support to team members, helping to raise the standard of internal communication across the organisation.\n\nMeasure and report on communication effectiveness, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and team member experience.\n\nYour Experience\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills.\n\nOutstanding attention to detail.\n\nA creative mindset with the confidence to try new approaches and challenge conventional thinking.\n\nStrong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.\n\nA proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to work independently.\n\nDigitally confident and comfortable using a range of communication tools and technologies.\n\nCollaborative, approachable and authentic in your style.\n\nFlexible, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\n\nConfident making decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.\n\nWhat's in it for you?\nInvestment in your future career with a variety of learning and development opportunities.\n\nNo dress code - embrace the freedom to bring your whole self to work.\n\n25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
