While we're advertising early to secure the right person, the successful candidate will not start in post until the beginning of January 2027.\nThis role can be based in our Bristol, Nelson, Hessle, or Prudhoe office.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nPlanning and delivering engaging team member events, campaigns, and initiatives.\n\nCoordinating event logistics, suppliers, venues, budgets, and timelines.\n\nBuilding strong relationships across the business to understand engagement needs and objectives.\n\nSupporting the development and delivery of our annual engagement plan.\n\nManaging employee engagement groups and helping drive participation across the organisation.\n\nCreating engaging content and communications across a variety of channels.\n\nAnalysing engagement metrics and feedback to continuously improve future initiatives.\n\nMaintaining accurate records and processes relating to engagement activities.\n\nEnsuring events and activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.\n\nTravelling occasionally to offices and event locations, sometimes outside of normal working hours, when required.\n\nYour Experience\nExperience planning and delivering successful virtual and face-to-face events is highly advantageous.\n\nStrong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\n\nExperience creating engaging content for different audiences and channels.\n\nThe ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.\n\nA proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.\n\nStrong organisational skills with great attention to detail.\n\nConfidence working independently while also collaborating as part of a team.\n\nExperience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.\n\nWhat's in it for you?\nInvestment in your future career with a variety of learning and development opportunities.\n\nNo dress code - embrace the freedom to bring your whole self to work.\n\n25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
