This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse technology portfolio, supporting integrated campaigns, product launches, partner communications and events that help drive engagement and commercial growth.\nYou'll support the coordination and delivery of marketing activity across Giacom's product portfolio. Working closely with Marketing Managers, Digital Marketing, CRM, Content, Creative, Product and Commercial teams, you'll help ensure campaigns and communications are delivered on time, to a high standard and with measurable results.\nYou'll be joining a collaborative and fast-paced marketing function where you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills across campaign delivery, product marketing and stakeholder management while making a real impact on the success of our marketing activity.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nSupporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple product areas.\n\nSupporting on campaign actions, timelines and workflows using ASANA.\n\nSupporting cross-sell marketing activity to drive partner engagement and product adoption.\n\nCreating and delivering partner communications, product updates and business-critical marketing emails.\n\nCoordinating activity across Digital Marketing, CRM, Content, Creative and Events teams.\n\nSupporting campaign reporting, analysis and performance tracking.\n\nCreating and maintaining sales and marketing collateral, product documentation and pricing guides.\n\nSupporting the delivery of webinars, events, expos and partner programmes.\n\nBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Commercial and Sales teams.\n\nUsing AI tools to support research, content creation, reporting and campaign delivery.\n\nIdentifying opportunities to improve marketing processes and ways of working.\n\nYour Experience\nA CIM qualification or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.\n\nExperience in a Marketing Executive, Campaign Executive or similar marketing role.\n\nExperience within Telecoms, Technology, IT, SaaS or B2B marketing.\n\nExperience supporting marketing campaigns and communications.\n\nStrong organisational and time management skills.\n\nExperience using ASANA or similar project management platforms.\n\nA good understanding of CRM systems, marketing data and reporting.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExcellent attention to detail.\n\nWhat's in it for you?\nInvestment in your future career with a variety of learning and development opportunities.\n\nNo dress code - embrace the freedom to bring your whole self to work.\n\n25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
