As we continue expanding, we're looking for ambitious people who thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and want to make a real impact.\nWhy Work For Us\nEntrepreneurial Spirit: We encourage fresh ideas, initiative, and out-of-the-box thinking.\nInternational Exposure: Work with global brands and business operations across multiple markets.\nOwnership & Empowerment: Take real responsibility, make decisions, and help shape how we operate.\nDynamic Team: Join a collaborative, internationally minded team that values initiative and results.\nGrowing Company: Play an important role in building the systems and processes that support our next stage of growth.\nWhat You Will Do\nWe're looking for an experienced, hands-on Finance Manager to lead our finance operations across Thailand and Singapore.\nReporting directly to the CEO, you'll oversee financial reporting, accounting, compliance, and planning while leading a small finance team.\nBeyond managing day-to-day finance, you'll help us build a more efficient and scalable organization by improving financial controls, establishing SOPs, streamlining approval workflows, and leveraging technology and automation.\nResponsibilities\nFinancial Accounting & Reporting: Own monthly closing, consolidated financial statements, intercompany reconciliations and eliminations, and management and board reporting.\nCompliance & Governance: Oversee Thai tax and statutory compliance, audits, BOI requirements, Singapore accounting and corporate secretarial matters, and external advisors.\nFinancial Planning & Performance: Lead budgeting with department heads, monitor financial KPIs, analyze profitability, and support cash flow forecasting.\nFinance Operations: Oversee accounts receivable/payable, payment approvals, banking, payroll, inventory, fixed assets, and subscription and service revenue accounting.\nProcesses & Internal Controls: Design and implement scalable SOPs, approval matrices, financial policies, and workflows across finance, sales, procurement, and operations.\nSystems & Automation: Continuously improve accounting systems, reporting, and integrations, utilizing automation and AI to drive efficiency.\nCorporate Administration: Coordinate shareholder and intercompany loans, share transactions, and related financial documentation.\nTeam Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, manage outsourced service providers, and collaborate closely with other departments.\nHow Your Impact Will Be Measured\nFinancial Accuracy: Timely, reliable financial closing, reporting, and reconciliations.\nCompliance Excellence: Accurate, on-time statutory filings and effective financial controls.\nFinancial Visibility: Clear budgeting, cash flow forecasts, and actionable management insights.\nOperational Improvement: Measurable improvements in SOPs, approval workflows, automation, and finance efficiency.\nTeam Performance: A well-organized, accountable finance function that supports the wider business.\nRequirements\nWe're looking for an experienced finance professional who combines strong technical accounting knowledge with commercial awareness, leadership, and a proactive approach to improving how businesses operate.\nProven Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance or accounting, including supervisory or team management responsibilities.\nAccounting & Compliance Expertise: Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, taxation, statutory requirements, and financial reporting.\nHands-On Leadership: Comfortable managing a team while remaining actively involved in financial operations and month-end closing.\nProcess Builder: Demonstrated experience establishing SOPs, approval workflows, and internal controls, ideally in a growing company.\nCommercial Mindset: Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and supporting management decisions.\nTechnology & Systems: Confident with accounting software and interested in automation, integrations, and AI-driven improvements.\nLanguage Skills: Excellent written and spoken English is essential.\nAdditional advantages: Experience in growing SMEs, technology, SaaS or subscription-based businesses;
