In this role, you’ll take the lead on solving real production challenges—reducing scrap, improving uptime, and optimizing processes that directly impact quality and performance. If you enjoy digging into data, solving problems at the root cause, and seeing your ideas implemented on the floor, this is a great opportunity to make a measurable difference.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, increase uptime, and improve cycle times. \nIdentify and solve manufacturing issues using root cause analysis and structured problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Six Sigma, etc.). \nOptimize casting and machining processes, including process parameters and quality standards. \nPartner with Quality to resolve customer issues and implement engineering changes. \nSupport new product launches, including process development, validation, and troubleshooting. \nCreate and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and training materials.\nTrain and coach team members on best practices and process improvements.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nBachelor’s degree preferred.\n5 years of experience in machining, die casting, foundry, or manufacturing. \nStrong problem-solving skills with experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. \nWorking knowledge of CNC machining
