In this hands-on role, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and improve production machinery, helping ensure we deliver quality parts to our customers every day.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nKeep production equipment in top working order through preventive maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvements.\nPartner with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.\nComplete all preventive maintenance (PM) tasks per department specifications.\nCommunicate effectively with your team and leaders about issues, priorities, and solutions.\nAccurately record maintenance activities and parts used in MP2.\nConduct torque and leak verification tests as required.\nMaintain safety standards and proper use of PPE at all times.\nSupport a culture of reliability, teamwork, and respect across all departments.\nPerform other duties as assigned to support operations.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nHigh school diploma or GED;
