负责算法的工程化落地，适配机器人端侧算力约束（Jetson/RK等平台），优化延迟、功耗与内存占用，解决量产过程中的声学技术难题。\n3、硬件与算法协同：协同硬件团队完成麦克风阵列（环形/线形/柔性）、声学结构件的选型、设计与调试，解决机器人头部空间受限、结构复杂带来的拾音妥协问题，实现“硬件+算法”协同优化，提升声学前端整体性能; 对接扬声器、音频处理模块，完善语音输入输出全链路体验。\n4、团队管理与建设：搭建并管理声学前端研发团队（算法、工程化），明确团队成员职责与成长路径，组织技术培训、代码评审与技术攻关，提升团队整体技术能力; 收集产品反馈与场景数据，构建数据闭环，持续迭代优化声学算法，提升产品用户体验。\n6、合规与质量管控：针对工业、特种机器人等场景，确保声学前端技术方案符合行业相关标准，协同质量团队完成失效分析与风险防控，保障产品稳定性与可靠性。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1. 学历与专业\n硕士及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、声学、信号处理、通信工程等相关专业，5年以上机器人/消费电子/车载声学前端研发经验，2年以上团队管理经验。\n2. 核心技术能力\n扎实的数字信号处理（DSP）基础，精通机器人声学前端核心算法（BF、AEC、NS、DOA、VAD、语音分离等），具备丰富的算法设计、优化与工程化落地经验。\n熟悉麦克风阵列技术（环形/线形/柔性），了解机器人声学结构设计要点，具备“硬件+算法”协同优化经验，能解决机器人狭小空间、复杂结构下的拾音难题。\n精通至少一种深度学习框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow/Kaldi），有基于神经网络的声学前端算法（如语音增强、分离）研发与落地经验，了解端侧模型压缩、量化与部署技术。\n熟练掌握C/C++/Python编程语言，熟悉Linux开发环境，具备机器人端侧（嵌入式/ARM/DSP/NPU）算法部署与优化经验，能解决低延迟、低功耗约束下的技术问题。\n熟悉机器人多场景声学痛点（如商场、工厂、展厅等复杂噪声，风扇噪声、运动机械噪声干扰），有服务机器人/工业巡检机器人/特种机器人声学前端项目量产落地经验者优先。\n3. 团队管理与项目能力\n具备优秀的团队管理能力，能搭建高效的研发团队，制定合理的考核与成长体系，激发团队活力与创造力。\n具备较强的项目统筹能力，能独立负责大型声学前端项目的全流程推进，善于协调跨部门资源，解决项目中的复杂问题，确保项目按时保质交付。\n具备良好的技术决策能力，能在复杂约束（延迟、功耗、成本）下做出最优技术选择，平衡技术先进性与产品落地性。\n4. 其他要求\n具备强烈的责任心、创新意识与攻坚能力，能快速响应业务需求，解决量产落地中的突发技术问题。\n良好的沟通表达与跨部门协作能力，能清晰传递技术方案，推动跨团队协同落地。\n有国际顶会（ICASSP、Interspeech）或核心期刊论文发表，或开源声学算法项目经验者优先;
