The role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning of the campus by maintaining high standards of safety, infrastructure, cleanliness, operational efficiency, and student well-being while coordinating with academic, administrative, and support teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee end-to-end campus operations, administration, and facility management.\nEnsure smooth functioning of academic blocks, hostels, cafeteria, library, sports facilities, parking, and common areas.\nMaintain campus discipline, enforce institutional policies, and support student welfare.\nSupervise campus security, visitor management, access control, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response.\nManage hostel operations, ensuring safety, hygiene, discipline, and compliance with hostel regulations.\nCoordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, utilities, electrical systems, fire safety, DG sets, elevators, and other infrastructure.\nLead and supervise security personnel, wardens, housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, and facility support teams.\nManage vendor services, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and ensure quality service delivery.\nMaintain operational records, compliance documentation, maintenance logs, and submit periodic reports to management.\nCoordinate campus arrangements for admissions, examinations, seminars, workshops, placement activities, and institutional events.\nEnsure compliance with statutory regulations, institutional SOPs, and safety standards.\nRespond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with local authorities whenever required.\nManaging the Event and Programs of Mind valley ( Wellness and student welfare)\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Administration, Facility Management, Operations Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nExperience\n3-10 years of experience in Campus Administration, Facility Management, Operations, Security Management, or Institutional Administration.\nExperience in educational institutions, residential campuses, or corporate facilities is preferred.\nExperience in hostel administration will be an added advantage.\n\nResidential Requirement\nThis is a residential position.
