Through modern, scalable, and secure technology, the team empowers the organisation with tools that drive insight, collaboration, and operational excellence.\nWhat will you do as a Business Analyst?\nThis role supports the Corporate Technology team, focusing on Corporate Administration, Workplace Management, and Enterprise Solutions. This functional area supports business users in the following areas:\nSourcing, procurement, vendor management, travel management, and market data management\nWorkplace Management, including workplace/facilities management, corporate sustainability, building security, and business continuity management\nEnterprise Solutions, including project and knowledge management\nBe an effective Technology Business Partner, working closely with business users to understand business needs, define product vision and implement solutions\nAnalyze from a holistic perspective business needs, mutual interdependencies, risk and benefits to propose the best solution\nDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of the business processes and industry trends\nSupport the delivery of initiatives which include Corporate Administration, Workplace Management and Enterprise Solutions\nWork with key department process owners to understand business processes, collect requirements, re-engineer workflows to leverage technology capabilities of custom-built, hybrid and SaaS platforms\nAssist in management of the full product lifecycle, from inception and planning through development, launch and post-launch enhancements. Prioritize features and tasks for products and platforms, tracking and reviewing the product direction frequently. Measure product performance using appropriate tools and techniques\nCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of products, platforms, and projects. Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas\nWork cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data teams to solve problems and implement changes, ensuring alignment with product objectives and stakeholder expectations\nCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including but not limited to product specifications, wireframes, and user stories\nAct as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across all users and teams\nWhat makes you a successful candidate?\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent experience\nAt least 5 to 8 years’ relevant experience in IT project management, software development, business analysis, and product management\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven project, stakeholder, and vendor management perspective\nExperience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira)\nProven experience in managing all aspects of a successful product or platform throughout its lifecycle\nExcellent knowledge in enterprise domain, with experience implementing and supporting enterprise applications.\nGood team player who is keen to learn, independent, and with strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills\nExperience with product management principles, including the ability to own a product, understand outcomes, use data to drive actions and recommendations, and gather user insights would be preferable\nExperience with cloud-based Corporate Administration, Workplace Management and Enterprise Solutions systems and emerging tech trends preferred\nAbility to quickly prototype and translate ideas into effective business solutions\nWork at the Point of Impact\nWe need to be forward-looking to attract the right people to help us become the Leading Global Long-term Investor.
