We are a collaborative and cross-functional team of investors, data scientists, and technologists, using AI to reimagine fundamental investing.\nWhat impact can you make in this role?\nWe are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to develop and operationalize our AI-powered investment systems for private equity. You will shape how we invest in the AI era. You will be responsible for building front-end interfaces, back-end services, data processing workflows, and deployment processes - leveraging AI-native development tools to accelerate delivery and improve efficiency.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong Full-Stack engineering capabilities with working knowledge of data pipelines and deployment environments, a deep curiousity about the latest advancements in AI technologies, and hands-on experience using AI tools to automate and accelerate software development.\nWhat will you do in this role?\nImplement and operationalize system components into production-ready applications.\nCollaborate with product managers, AI scientists and engineers to translate product requirements into detailed technical specifications and development plans.\nDevelop and maintain scalable front-end interfaces and back-end services using modern frameworks and best practices.\nBuild and optimize data processing workflows, including data extraction, transformation, integration pipelines, and feature engineering to support AI models and applications.\nDeploy applications to designated environments, implement monitoring solutions, and ensure stable operation.\nWrite and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code reliability, performance, and maintainability.\nContribute to technical documentation and facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.\nLeverage AI-native development tools for coding, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting, while continuously exploring emerging AI techniques to enhance development productivity and quality.\n\nWhat qualifications, skills and traits should you possess in this role?\nBachelor’s degree of higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n10+ years of experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (React or Vue) and a Python-based back-end framework (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Flask).\nSolid understanding of web architecture, APIs, and software design principles.\nFamiliarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL), as well as experience working with message queues.\nWorking knowledge of data pipeline development, including data extraction, transformation, and integration processes.\nExperience deploying and maintaining applications in Linux or cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure or Databricks).\nFamiliarity with agentic architectures and AI workflow design, including prompt and contextual engineering, and practical use of AI-native development tools with demonstrated ability to leverage AI to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and product teams.\nWork at the Point of Impact\nWe need to be forward-looking to attract the right people to help us become the Leading Global Long-term Investor.
