You will be accountable for mobile engineering design, improving device compliance, mobile user experience, mobile app onboarding and operational efficiency through modern MDM, MAM and Zero-Trust practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, building, securing our mobile platform - ensuring optimal performance, robust security and compliance.This is a technical, hands-on engineering role that involves having a deep understanding of MDM and MAM, advanced troubleshooting skills and secure deployment of mobile applications.\nWhat will you do as a VP, EUI Mobility Platform Engineer?\nStrategy, Vision & Platform Ownership\nDefine and own the enterprise mobility platform strategy across Apple and Android ecosystems.\nEstablish a roadmap aligned with Zero Trust and identity-centric access and Business continuity and operational resilience objectives.\nDefine and own mobile app onboarding standards.\nMobility Platform Design & Engineering\nLead engineering for Mobile Device Management (MDM) & Mobile Application Management (MAM).\nLead Solution Integration, Roadmap, POC and new initiatives throughout the Project/Product lifecycle.\nDefine end-to-end mobility device lifecycle management including Procurement and onboarding, Zero-touch enrolment, Configuration and compliance, Support, refresh, and decommissioning.\nEnsure platforms are Secure-by-design, Scalable across regions and Highly available and resilient\nDefine reference architectures, Technology Standards for Corporate-owned and BYOD models, Mobile, tablet, and cross-platform device use cases\nCreate Design documents and manage Patching and Vulnerability Management.\nProvide Technical support and quality control throughout all the stages of the project and synchronise with industry engineering standards like CIS, NIST practices\nRisk centric approach for Engineering releases and drive Observability and telemetry-driven outcomes.\nEnsure alignment with security and compliance standards, especially in a fintech-grade environment.\nCollaborate with ITSM and EUC teams to embed AI into service delivery, ticket resolution, and software deployment.\nEnsure responsible AI usage, compliance, and alignment with enterprise data governance policies.\nDrive automation-first engineering to eliminate manual and error-prone activities\nEnsure secure decommissioning and data sanitisation aligned with compliance and audit standards\nStay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance and improve MDM adoption and management.\nDevice Lifecycle & Automation\nDefine end-to-end mobility device lifecycle management including onboarding, zero-touch enrolment, configuration and compliance, support, refresh, and decommissioning.\nDrive automation-first engineering to eliminate manual and error-prone activities\nEnsure secure decommissioning and data sanitisation aligned with compliance and audit standards\nStay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance and improve MDM adoption and management.\nEnsure alignment with security and compliance standards. \nSecurity, Risk & Zero Trust Enforcement\nEmbed device trust and posture as mandatory access signals for corporate applications, Cloud and SaaS services, sensitive and privileged environments.\nEnforce encryption, secure configuration baselines, OS and application patch compliance.\nPartner with Cyber Security to integrate mobility platforms with Identity and access controls, Endpoint security and mobile threat defence, SOC and SIEM monitoring.\nImplement and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) via SDK or App wrapping to enforce data protection policies for apps deployed via MDM.\nEngineering Governance & Standards\nEstablish enterprise standards for Mobility engineering, configuration and policy management.\nEnsure strong separation of duties and least-privilege access.\nGovern third-party tools, integrations, and service providers.\nPromote Infrastructure-as-Code and Policy-as-Code principles where applicable.\nWhat makes you a successful candidate?\nExperience\n12+ years of experience in End-User Infrastructure Services, Mobility Platform or Digital Workplace\nProven leadership delivering in large-scale mobility platform modernisation, or reliability transformations.\nExperience operating in enterprise environments supporting multiple markets.\nDemonstrated success influencing and leading across organizational boundaries.\nTechnical & Domain Expertise\nModern Endpoint Management Tools - Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) including Microsoft Intune, JAMF Pro, ABM and Android Enterprise.\nIdentity and Access - Azure AD, Conditional Access, Zero Trust.\nOperating systems - macOS, iOS, iPadOS & Android\nIdentity Providers - Active Directory, Entra ID, ADFS\nM365 Apps - Exchange Online, Teams, One Drive, Office etc\nExpertise in Telemetry / SIEM tools like MTD, Intune Analytics.\nCertificate Authority - MS PKI\nAutomation -
