engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, and other technical documents.\nReview architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for consistency and completeness.\nMaintain updated records of engineering documents and revisions.\nCost Estimation and Analysis\nAssist in preparing construction cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).\nAnalyze quantities of construction materials and labor requirements.\nSupport cost comparisons between planned budgets, estimated costs, and market prices.\nIdentify cost variations and report significant discrepancies to the immediate supervisor.\nMarket Research\nCollect and analyze current market prices for construction materials, equipment, and services.\nObtain and compare supplier and contractor quotations.\nPrepare material price comparison reports and maintain a construction cost database.\nMonitor market price trends and provide information for project budgeting.\nProject Coordination\nCoordinate with design, project management, procurement, finance, and construction teams.\nProvide technical information required for tender preparation and contractor evaluation.\nFollow up on technical inquiries and discrepancies in project documents.\nReporting and Quality Control\nPrepare periodic engineering cost and market research reports.\nVerify the accuracy and completeness of BOQs, cost breakdowns, and supporting documents.\nEnsure that engineering documents are properly filed and accessible.\nPerform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor\n\nRequirements\nBSc degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, or a related field, with 2-4 years relevant work experience in engineering cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and construction market research.\n\nHow to
