We are Gifthealth.\nPosition Overview\nThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse. This includes managing inventory, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and supporting various logistical tasks. This role involves assisting with packouts of product, managing inventory accuracy, maintaining warehouse organization, and handling product shipments and deliveries. In addition, this role is responsible for ensuring a clean and safe working environment. The role is critical to supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.\nHow You’ll Help Us Improve Healthcare\nKey Responsibilities:\nConduct inventory counts for shipping materials including, but not limited to, envelopes, bubble bags, shipping labels and printer paper.\nCollaborate with warehouse leadership to ensure inventory stock is sufficient for forecasted orders.\nAssist with receiving, inspecting, and storing products as they arrive in the warehouse and preparing orders for shipment.\nPreparing, pulling and carting ice packs to comply with seasonal shipping requirements.\nEnsuring the warehouse is clean and organized daily by managing trash bins, bailing discarded cardboard, organizing stock and ensuring workspaces are free of hazards.\nA Few Things About You\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nStrong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of inventory counts and order picking.\nAbility to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, order preparation, and shipping.\nExperience with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (or the willingness to get certified), hand trucks and cardboard bailer is a plus.\nAbility to work well within a team environment and take direction from supervisors.\nAbility to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nKnowledge of warehouse safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.\nPrevious warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.\nExperience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or basic inventory software is preferred.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to stand or walk for extended periods.\nPhysical ability to operate equipment and machinery such as pallet jack, hand trucks, cardboard bailer, and forklift (upon training and certification)\nComfort with working in a warehouse setting, including exposure to various environmental conditions (temperature, noise, etc.).\nWork Environment\nLocation: Onsite \nSchedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm\nMay require availability or flexibility for escalations.\nRegular meetings with your teams, departments, or leadership to ensure alignment.\nEmployment Classification\nStatus: Full-time FLSA: Exempt\nEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement\nGifthealth is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
