requirements, employee documentation, attendance records, and personnel-related requests in collaboration with the HR Department.\n\nFinance & Budget Coordination: Facilitate the submission of site financial requests, expense documentation, payment follow-ups, and other financial records in coordination with the Finance Department.\n\nDocumentation & Reporting: Maintain project files, track correspondence, prepare periodic progress reports, and ensure accurate documentation of project activities and decisions.\n\nCommunication & Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication between project teams, Project Managers, Head Office departments, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.\n\nProperty & Resource Administration: Coordinate requests and follow-ups related to company
