Site Operations: Direct day-to-day site activities, supervise engineering teams, coordinate contractors, and ensure work meets approved technical specifications and quality standards. Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures, control labor, material, and equipment costs, review subcontractor progress claims, and ensure effective budget utilization. Schedule & Procurement Management: Develop and monitor project schedules, track key milestones, coordinate procurement activities, and take corrective action to prevent project delays. Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead project personnel, coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and Head Office departments, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
