We partner with leading technology providers to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions and are actively expanding into new markets.\nPosition Overview\nThe Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects, from planning through execution and closeout. This role requires coordination across engineering, operations, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery aligned with scope, schedule, and budget.\nWe are open to multiple engagement types depending on candidate experience and availability.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Management & Delivery\nLead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, including network deployments, cabling, and multi-site rollouts\nManage multiple concurrent projects with responsibility for scope, timelines, and budgets\nServe as the primary client-facing contact, including executive-level status updates\nReview RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to ensure quality, completeness, and alignment with client requirements\nDevelop and maintain project documentation, including statements of work, schedules, and closeout reports\nCoordinate internal engineering teams and field resources for project execution\nIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively\nEnsure all milestones are achieved and projects are delivered on time and within budget\nSales & Operations Alignment\nIdentify and escalate new business opportunities within existing client accounts\nMaintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction\nCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve project challenges\nUphold GigaKOM standards for operational excellence and continuous improvement\nBasic Qualifications\nMinimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on IT infrastructure or network-related projects\nProven experience managing full project lifecycles from initiation to completion\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams\nStrong knowledge of networking technologies, including Cisco, HPE, Aruba, and structured cabling (fiber, CAT5/6)\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders\nDemonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP (Project Management Professional) certification strongly preferred\nExperience working with public sector or education clients, including familiarity with E-Rate programs\nKnowledge of ITIL or IT Service Management frameworks\nExperience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar\nExperience working with U.S.-based
