Full Stack for our Dhaka office.\n We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer - Full Stack responsible for building and maintaining software products end-to-end, from backend services and APIs to user-facing interfaces, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, security, and user experience.\nWriting reusable, testable, and efficient code across both backend and frontend.\nDesigning and implementing scalable, low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.\nDeveloping backend services using Python and frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.\nBuilding responsive and user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks, such as Vue, React.\nManaging the interchange of data between the server and clients through well-designed REST APIs.\nCreating and maintaining database schemas that effectively represent and support business processes.\nImplementing secure authentication and authorization flows using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and related security mechanisms.\nManaging application state, sessions, cookies, and other client-server interactions.\nContributing to application architecture, including multi-process, asynchronous, and microservice-based systems where appropriate.\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, maintainable, and user-focused software solutions.\n At least 3 years of professional software development experience spanning both backend and frontend.\nBSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.\nStrong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in at least one web framework (e.g., FastAPI or Flask).\nStrong professional experience in JavaScript, with knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (Vue, React).\nKnowledge of containerization technology such as Docker, and code versioning tools such as Git.\nUnderstanding of REST architecture and experience building/consuming APIs.\nUnderstanding of Python's threading limitations and multi-process architecture.\nUnderstanding of State, Session, and Cookie management.\nUnderstanding of OAuth 2.0 protocol and its implementations, JWT tokens, etc.\nAble to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.\nSolid understanding of front-end fundamentals: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.\nAbility to translate provided UI/UX designs into production-ready frontend code with pixel-level fidelity.\nNice to Have:\nExperience with cloud platforms with a developer perspective (AWS, GCP, orAzure).\nHands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions workflows.\nUnderstanding of Gen AI & relevant technologies (RAG, Vector DB, etc).\nFamiliarity with Celery, Redis, or other async/task queue tools.\nKnowledge of testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, React Testing Library).\nWorking knowledge of design systems sufficient to correctly interpret and implement UI/UX team deliverables without constant back-and-forth.\n What We Offer\nAn opportunity to work with a Tokyo-based startup and contribute to a truly innovative AI-based service.\nA meaningful role in building real-world AI products with global market reach -
