We aim to revolutionize digital experiences by supporting companies in building a clear AI vision and long-term strategy.\nAs we continue to grow and deliver innovative technology solutions to our clients, we are looking for an experienced UI & Visual Designer to join our Dhaka team and help us build consistent, high-quality, and scalable digital experiences.\n We are looking for a UI & Visual Designer with proven, hands-on experience building and scaling Design Systems, combined with strong visual design skills and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.\nYou will design, develop, and maintain our Design System, including reusable components, visual patterns, interaction patterns, and documentation. You will work closely with designers, engineers, and product teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and high-quality user experiences across products. The role requires strong attention to detail, a good understanding of user behavior, and the ability to design within practical technical constraints.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain reusable UI components and visual patterns within the Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.\nCreate high-quality interface designs, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and other digital assets using Figma or equivalent tools.\nDevelop visual styles for interfaces, illustrations, icons, animations, and other product assets.\nAbility to design motion, animation, transitions, and micro-interactions.\nIdentify and solve UI/UX problems by understanding user needs, behavior, and product requirements.\nContribute to UI/UX strategies based on product and business goals.\nDefine and maintain Design System documentation, usage guidelines, naming conventions, and component standards.\nDrive consistent adoption of the Design System across design and engineering teams.\nCollaborate closely with engineers, applying working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to design within practical technical constraints.\nReview implemented designs to ensure visual consistency, UI quality, responsiveness, and accessibility.\nIdentify opportunities to improve reusable design and frontend patterns.\nWork with cross-functional teams to translate ideas and requirements into clear, practical design solutions.\n 3+ years of relevant professional experience in UI, Visual, or product design.\nMust have prior professional experience working on a Design System.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating excellent UI and visual design skills, with clear examples of Design System work.\nStrong proficiency in Figma, including interface design, design tokens, component libraries, and Design System governance at scale.\nSolid understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, and interaction design.\nStrong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, layout, and consistency.\nAbility to design motion, animation, transitions, and micro-interactions.\nSolid understanding of HTML5, CSS, and modern CSS practices.\nWorking knowledge of JavaScript, sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineers and understand implementation constraints.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to identify visual and UI inconsistencies.\nAbility to understand user behavior and translate insights into improved design solutions.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\nNice to Have:\nBSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.\nInterest or practical experience in applying AI to design workflows, such as AI-assisted component generation, documentation, or Design System operations.\nExperience with GenAI and the ability to design meaningful user experiences around AI-powered products and features. \nExperience working with international or distributed teams in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience with frontend JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.\nExperience with CSS preprocessors such as Sass or Less.\nExperience working with UX researchers, product managers, and engineering teams.\nExperience contributing to product visual identity or brand systems.\n What We Offer\nAn opportunity to work with a Tokyo-based startup and contribute to a truly innovative AI-based service.\nA meaningful role in building real-world AI products with global market reach -
