Responsibilities include IT system administration, Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, daily operations, troubleshooting, monitoring, OS and network configuration, system optimization, and capacity planning.\nRequirements\nThree (3) years' experience \nBachelors in Technical discipline, or an additional 5 years' experience\nRequires DoD 8570 IAT II certification (Security +)\nRequired Skills\nIT Systems Support and AdministrationProvide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for IT systems.\nManage daily configuration and operation of IT systems.\nSupport day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client, server, storage, network, and mobile devices.\nAssist users with accessing and using IT systems.\nHelp Desk and Escalation Support\nProvide Tier 1 Help Desk problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.\nProvide Tier 2 escalation support for problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.\nEscalate issues and communicate status updates to agency management and internal customers. \nOperating Systems and Infrastructure Management\nConfigure and manage Linux, Unix, Windows, and other applicable operating systems.\nInstall and load operating system software.\nTroubleshoot, maintain, and configure network components.\nImplement operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance. \n Performance, Optimization, and Capacity Planning\nOptimize system operations and resource utilization.\n• Perform system capacity analysis and planning.\n\nDesired Skills\nExperience with the Atlassian Suite of
