Inventory & Asset Management\nMaintain accurate records of all motorcycles, tricycles, spare parts, and other operational assets.\nUpdate inventory system(Odoo) with real-time asset movements, conditions, statuses, lease value and cost prices.\nEnsure all assets are properly documented and registered in the Odoo Accounting System.\nRecord and update asset allocations to customers, supporting Operations and Customer Acquisition teams.\nReconcile system records with physical stock to prevent and resolve discrepancies.\nConduct scheduled and spot-check asset counts to ensure accuracy.\nReport missing, damaged, or underutilized assets to the Inventory Lead.\nSupport the Inventory Lead in preparing asset verification and audit reports.\nFollow company policies and procedures for inventory and asset management.\nAssist in implementing strategies to minimize losses and improve operational efficiency.\nParticipate in ad hoc finance projects as assigned by the Finance Lead.\nProvide cross-functional support to ensure smooth finance operations.\nRequirements\nRequirements Minimum of B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Finance or Related discipline Minimum of 2-3 years in an accounting or finance role.
