Key Duties and Responsibilities will include:Operational Support: Assist with scanning, sorting, and loading packages for delivery, and, when necessary, assisting with inventory counts.\nRider/Driver Coordination: Monitor rider activity, optimize routes, and ensure timely deliveries.\nData & Reporting: Maintain accurate operational databases, track orders, and generate daily/weekly performance reports.\nCustomer Support: Resolve delivery issues, handle exceptions, returns, and communicate with customers.\nRequirements\nRequirements:\nEducation: A graduate with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.
