If you enjoy detailed, practical work in a structured environment, this is a great opportunity to step into long-term, secure manufacturing.\nThe Role (what you'll be doing)\nDepending on your experience, you'll support a mix of precision production and testing activities, including:\nPrecision / micro-assembly using hand tools, microscopes and fixtures\nWorking with small, delicate, high-tolerance components\nTesting and inspection of electro-optic and electronic parts\nFollowing detailed work instructions, drawings and quality standards\nCompleting production paperwork accurately and flagging issues early\nKeeping your work area clean, safe and compliant (including controlled environments where required)What we're looking for (essential)\nPrevious manufacturing or assembly experience\nStrong attention to detail and a \"right first time\" mindset\nGood manual dexterity / fine motor skills (comfortable with small parts)\nAble to follow technical instructions and procedures accurately\nConfident using computers (Microsoft Office essential)Desirable (nice to have)\nBackground in Aerospace, Defence, Electronics, Optics or Semiconductor manufacturing\nCleanroom / controlled-environment experience\nSAP / ERP exposureWorking environment\nAerospace & Defence manufacturing facility\nSome roles based in controlled-temperature areas and/or cleanrooms\nRepetitive fine-motor tasks; extended periods sitting or standingImportant eligibility requirement\nDue to access and security requirements, only sole UK nationals can be considered for this role.\nInterested?\nApply today with your CV.
