Plan for and support development of individual skills and abilities.\nEXPERIENCE/EDUCATION\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or related field\n10-12 years of data center commissioning experience\nPrevious hyperscale field construction on data centers is required\nOr equivalent combination of education and experience\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES\nIn-depth knowledge of data center systems, including power distribution, cooling, HVAC, and IT equipment\nAbility to manage schedules, budgets, change orders, and multidisciplinary teams\nExcellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels\nAbility to identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively\nSalary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.\nThe pay ranges from $130,000-$205,000 plus benefits and retirement program.\nGilbane offers an excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan.
