The Safety Program Manager is a key support function to the National Director of Safety and the safety team. This role is responsible for coordinating enterprise-wide safety initiatives, including training and development, Safety Management System implementation, programs support and compliance assurance.\nResponsibilities\nManage the development and implementation of HammerTech keeping the system up to date based upon Next 150 activities, or business reorganization, contacts and permissions\nDevelop automated data solutions to simplify data collection and integration to the Next 150 management system\nDevelop/Manage standardized performance dashboards and analytics.\nPartner with Training, Operations, Equipment and other internal departments to align safety with organizational directives.\nAnalyze data from a QAQC standpoint to ensure data integrity\nAssist with the development of safety and health programs.\nOther administrative functions to support the safety team as needed.\nQualifications\nEXPERIENCE/EDUCATION\n5 years’ experience leading multiple facilities and/or dispersed workforce across a large geography\nBachelor’s degree in data management, analytics, engineering or HSE related field\nStrong business acumen, leadership and demonstrated execution of enterprise level program deployment\nDeep understanding of EHS measurements, processes and metrics \nStrong skills in data management, engineering, and analysis\nStrong knowledge of IT data systems and data development \nExperience managing internal and external teams to support the implementation of multiple projects\nStrong writing, editing and communication skills \nProfessional certifications: BCSP safety certifications, CSP, CIH or CHMM. \nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES\nDeep understanding of safety management systems and key performance metrics\nA bility to create meaningful and easily interpretable data visualizations\nStrategic thinker with operational execution discipline.\nStrong investigative and analytical abilities.\nHigh level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.\nExcellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.\nExcellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence field supervision and craft personnel\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and an emphasis on root cause thinking\nEffective written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear safety reports, memos, and training materials\nHighly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nCommitment to fostering a positive safety culture and continuous improvement mindset\nOccasional evening or weekend work may be required to support urgent incident response, audits, or special training events\nSalary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.\nFor this position the salary ranges from $95,000-$158,000 plus benefits and retirement program.\nNext 150 Construction Services has an unwavering focus on safety, the environment and caring about everyone involved in our work. \nQualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.\nNext 150 Construction Services is not accepting unsolicited resumes from third party recruiters at this time.\nNext 150 Construction Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
