You will protect and promote the interests of both Gilbane and the client in all matters as well as demonstrating the personal characteristics of a developing leader.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinates and manages all engineering processes with construction management\nEnsures procedure manuals for all processes are being followed and presents to other team members (A/E and Owners)\nTrains and educates project team in all project procedures, document posting and submittal review\nFacilitates project meetings with Gilbane staff (A/E and Owners)\nWorks with Project Engineers and Superintendents to coordinate jobsite safety\nFacilitates internal Gilbane University courses\nManages RFI process\nPrepares front end documents\nExpedites material deliveries\nEstimates and processes change orders\nPrepares monthly pay request\nEstablishes and manages schedule, cost, and control procedures\nBecomes familiar with contracts, general conditions, and flow down language\nPerforms constructability and coordination reviews\nWrites scopes of work for all bid packages; assists with bid openings and bid tabulations\nNegotiates changes with trades and owners; manages same process\nAssumes responsibility for jobsite safety\nProvides job site orientation\nCollaborates closely with business development to ensure seamless integration with sales strategies including performance metrics on your assigned projects, pursuits, and client deliverables.
