You will protect and promote the interests of both Gilbane and the client in all matters as well as demonstrating the personal characteristics of a developing leader.\nResponsibilities\nProvides overall administrative support to the Project Manager\nAssists the Project Engineer with log maintenance\nAttends and documents weekly staff meetings\nAssists Superintendents as requested\nAssists the Project Manager/Project Engineers with monthly report production\nAssists Project Manager/Superintendent with safety statistics monthly report\nAssists Project Manager/Project Engineer in the documentation of punch listing process\nCoordinates reproduction of contract documents, submittals, and blueprinting requests\nImplements and maintains project filing system\nAssists with other responsibilities as determined by the Project Executive/Project Manager\nMaintains Gilbane inventory\nQualifications\nEXPERIENCE/EDUCATION\nHigh School diploma required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred\n1-3 years of experience in the field or related area\nOr equivalent combination of education and experience\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES\nSome knowledge of commercial/institutional construction projects\nKnowledge of Procore\nProficient in Microsoft Office programs\nStrong technical and communication skills\nFor Ohio, the pay ranges from $56,000-$80,700 plus benefits and retirement program.\nGilbane offers an excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan.
