You will serve as the technical bridge between business requirements and system functionality, ensuring that the system modules are optimized to support global operations. A key part of this role involves Stakeholder Management, collaborating directly with department heads and end users to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.\nTechnical Development: Design, code, and test customizations, extensions, and integrations within the MS Dynamics environment (X++, C#, .NET).\n\nModule Enhancement: Configure and customize workflows for Finance, Manufacturing, and Sales & Distribution to improve operational efficiency.\n\nSystem Integration: Manage data migrations and develop integrations between MS Dynamics and third party applications or legacy systems.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate discovery sessions with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical feasibility assessments.\n\nSupport & Maintenance: Perform root-cause analysis for system issues, provide Tier 3 technical support, and oversee regular system updates/patches.\n\nDocumentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including functional design documents and technical design documents.\n\nEducationBachelor of Science (BSc)\n\nExperienceAt least 5 years\nThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Software Company, Telecommunication, Textile\n\nAdditional RequirementsProgramming: Strong proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, and SQL Server. “Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer“ or equivalent is a plus. \n\nFunctional Knowledge: Deep understanding of ERP logic within.\n\nTools: Experience with Azure DevOps, and Power Platform (Power BI/Power Apps) is highly preferred.\n\nStakeholder Management: Ability to communicate technical concepts to non technical business leaders effectively. \n\nProblem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying system bottlenecks and proposing innovative solutions. \n\nAdaptability: Comfortable working in an
