Better for the people who make our clothes, better for our world, better for you.\n\nResponsibilities & ContextThe Business Analyst for Microsoft Dynamics will play a key role in supporting and optimizing the Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform for the Company. The purpose of this role is to ensure that business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales and operations are effectively supported by the system and that user needs are translated into well defined functional requirements. The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team to drive process improvement, system stability and continuous enhancement aligned with business objectives.\nAnalyze and provide business solutions to support the manufacturing aspects of the core business processes, such as but not limited to textile manufacturing and sewing\n\nProvide daily support for Gildan production systems including investigating and resolving complex user questions related to manufacturing systems\n\nDocument new processes or procedures, create testing documentation, and create specifications or proposals.\n\nProvide Microsoft Dynamics technical expertise to support operations and service. Address support and enhancement requests.\n\nDevelop simplified/lean process improvements or operating practices which best utilize the systems to improve quality; increase productivity; and supports business goals.\n\nConduct reviews, walkthroughs and solution testing to ensure that deliverables are achieved within accepted SDLC and PMO guidelines.\n\nParticipate in integrated testing when needed\n\nDevelop, write, and conduct training to end users and IT personnel.\n\nProvide post-implementation support\n\nStay aware of current and upcoming Microsoft Dynamics systems changes and improvements\n\nEducationBachelor/Honors\n\nExperienceAt least 5 years\nThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service,
